Where Your Potential Meets Opportunity

At GeNeXIC, we understand that your experience, productivity, and results are what truly matter. That’s why we’ve created a workplace culture focused on empowering you to excel in your role while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Here’s what you can expect from us.

Results-Oriented Culture

Performance over Presence

We embrace a non-judgmental culture where individuals are assessed based on outcomes, not hours worked. We value your expertise and trust you to manage your time effectively. As long as you meet your goals, you have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workflow.

Flexible Work Arrangements

Our hybrid model lets you choose to work from the office or home, reducing commute stress and allowing more time for loved ones and personal interests.

Non-linear Workdays

Tailored to Your Needs

We recognize that life is unpredictable, so we offer non-linear workdays and asynchronous work options. You can break your workday into blocks instead of a strict 9-to-5 schedule, allowing you to work in concentrated bursts or spread tasks throughout the day.

Respect for Individual Rhythms

We recognize that everyone has their own natural rhythms and energy levels. Our scheduling approach considers your body clock, enabling you to work when you're most alert and productive.

Core Hours for Collaboration

While we value flexibility, we also emphasize the need for real-time collaboration. Core hours are set for meetings and discussions, but outside of these, you can structure your day based on your preferences and productivity peaks

Office as Collaboration Hub

Balancing Flexibility with Connectedness

Our hybrid model offers flexibility, but our office remains a crucial hub for collaboration and in-person interactions. We encourage you to join us for meetings and brainstorming sessions, as face-to-face engagement fosters creativity and strengthens team bonds. Your presence in the office is vital for sparking ideas and celebrating achievements.

Open Positions

As an Analog and RF Design Engineer, you will design various blocks such as amplifiers, biasing circuits, linear regulators, ADCs/DACs, CTLEs, and others. You will work in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter who is able to develop design specifications based on input from colleagues, customers, and industry and who can effectively manage his or her own time to take projects to completion with limited supervision and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support architecture development by conducting feasibility studies
  • Design analog/mixed signal circuits such as amplifiers, biasing circuits, linear regulators, ADCs/DACs, CTLEs and others.
  • Work closely with customer and digital design teams to architect mixed-signal control loops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers, layout designers, and test engineers
  • Define, run, and automate sign-off verification simulation to Create design review and testing documentation
  • Perform post-silicon validation of circuits in la

Basic Qualifications:

  • M.S. in Electronics Engineering
  • 2 to 5 years of working/research experience in analog/RF design.
  • Experience designing analog blocks such as amplifiers, bias circuits, ADC/DACs, LDOs, CTLEs etc.
  • Proficient with Cadence design environment and mixed-signal simulation (ADE, Layout, Spectre)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have experience designing in RF-SOI (45nm or below) and SiGE technologies at data rates of at least 25Gb/s and/or RF circuits operating at 40GHz or above
  • A good understanding of high-speed design/layout considerations, such as parasitics, crosstalk isolation, supply and bias distribution, etc.
  • Familiarity on different EM simulators including RFPro, EMX etc
  • In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
  • Adaptation/calibration algorithms for precision design
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
